Our purpose is to foster and recognize ethical behavior among both our current and future business leaders based on Rotary’s Four Way Test.
Primary Project: Rotary Ethics Forum
Currently we partner with the Markkula Center for Ethics at Santa Clara University to shine a light on ethical business practices through a presentation at our annual Ethics Day.
We enable Rotarians to consider the ethics policies and practices in their own organizations ensuring standards are clearly evident and reinforced to employees all levels. At the Rotary Ethics Forum the keynote speaker for the lunch speaks on an aspect of business ethics.
The committee is exploring other avenues to promote and support ethical business practices of Rotary members.
Meeting Times: Fall, Winter, and Spring once a month on a Wednesday before a Rotary Lunch at 11 a.m. (Meeting dates vary depending on ability of members to meet.)
